Erik K. Martin
Mr. Martin is a founding partner of Martin & Sibilsky, PLLC. After earning his business degree from the University of Texas and graduating cum laude from Baylor University School of Law, he worked for Haynes and Boone, LLP’s Fort Worth and Dallas offices for five years. While there, he devoted the majority of his efforts to bankruptcy-related litigation in the federal and state courts, representing state-court appointed receivers in liquidating entities on behalf of creditors, representing entrepreneurs in business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and representing oil and gas operators in a variety of corporate matters. Mr. Martin was placed into the State of Texas’ Pro Bono College for completing more than 75 hours of pro bono work in 2013.
Mr. Martin is a member of AAPL, Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen, and the Fort Worth Wildcatters.

Alexander J. Sibilsky
Mr. Sibilsky is a co-founder of Martin & Sibilsky, PLLC. Prior to founding Martin & Sibilsky, Mr. Sibilsky worked his way through law school as a petroleum landman, culminating in over six years as a landman with practical experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Sibilsky, a Fort Worth native, attended Texas Tech University and graduated from the Rawls College of Business. In 2007, he came home to attend Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, where he received his law degree.
Mr. Sibilsky is a member of the Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen and the Fort Worth Wildcatters.
